The 2nd Edition Billionaire Club® Series of $30 Scratcher Tickets is a series of at least four separately offered Scratcher Game Presentations which will be administered as one Instant Game with a unified and consistent consolidated prize structure, providing in total over $1 Billion in total cash prizes, over $405 Million in total cash prizes from $100 to $5,000, 52 Prizes from $1 Million to $7 Million and over 3.6 Million Multiplier Winners.
At least 48,000,000 2nd Edition Billionaire Club™ Series Tickets will be printed.
2nd Edition Billionaire Club® Series Tickets will have at least four different presentations of this one Instant Game series presented to the public. Each presentation will be clearly identified on the face of each ticket by the 2nd Edition Billionaire Club® Series label. The separate presentations may appear different, yet they will still be part of the one Instant Game that is the 2nd Edition Billionaire® Club Series. The sales of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th presentations will launch for sales at a time determined by the GLC CEO near the end of sales of the prior presentation.

On-going consumer market sales to the public are insufficient to justify continued sales; or
