Montana has a contract with Intralot for ticket printing. If Intralot prints tickets the same way that IGT and Scientific Games prints tickets, then prizes aren't truly random.

There are clauses in the contracts that most states sign with their ticket printer. The clauses that give us an edge are the ones that say the following.

• there can be no more than X number of consecutive losers
• there can be no more than Y number of winners over $ZZ per pack
